Connection FAQ

Node connection, route switching and acceleration

How to connect to a node?+
  1. Open the client and log in with your registered account.
  2. Find the prominent "One-Tap Boost" button on the main interface.
  3. Click it and the system auto-selects the lowest-latency node.
  4. Wait a few seconds until "Connected" appears with node info.
  5. You can now browse normally while the client shows real-time speed.
  6. Click the button again to disconnect the current tunnel.
How to switch nodes manually?+
  1. Click "Node List" or "Routes" on the main interface.
  2. The panel shows all available nodes grouped by region and load.
  3. Select your target region based on your access needs.
  4. Click "Connect" next to the node to switch connections.
  5. Wait for the new connection to establish and verify the node name.
  6. Add frequently used nodes to favorites for one-tap access.
Why is my speed slower after connecting?+
  1. Check the current node's latency and load, high load may slow speed.
  2. Switch to a closer or lower-load node for better performance.
  3. Close local bandwidth-heavy apps like downloads or streaming.
  4. Test your base speed without the accelerator to compare.
  5. Upgrade to premium for higher bandwidth and dedicated routes.
  6. Switch protocols, as performance varies across network environments.
How to auto-connect on startup?+
  1. Open the client and click the "Settings" icon.
  2. Find "General" or "Startup" options in the settings menu.
  3. Check "Auto-start on boot" to launch with the system.
  4. Check "Auto-connect after launch" for unattended boosting.
  5. Set a default node for auto-connect to avoid random selection.
  6. Save and restart to verify the auto-connect works correctly.
